饰有狮身人面像的透雕饰板

这块象牙饰板可能来自新亚述时期位于叙利亚阿尔斯兰·塔什帝国前哨的建筑。尽管侧倚的带翼狮身人面像戴着假发，有宽项圈和前爪下的荷花，呈现出埃及主题风格，但其脸型却是叙利亚风格的。在叙利亚风格中，单个塑像常以侧面示人，在对称的构图中并置以组成更大的图案。此处的两尊狮身人面像就是实例，它们背对背，共同组成两个单独场景的一部分。它们中间原本可能夹着用以衬托的树丛，但现在均已遗失。
