준야 와타나베는 자신의 20007ndash; 2001년 가을/겨울 컬렉션을 “테크노 쿠튀르”라고 명명하였습니다. 이 앙상블은 거대한 벌집 형상의 러프에서 볼 수 있는 신개발 원단, 손이 많이 간 작업, 의도적인 기법을 통해서 장인의 기술과 실험정신이 하나가 됩니다. 독립된 러프는 작은 고리가 달린 직사각형으로 접어서 봉투에 저장할 수 있습니다. 좁은 플레어 단이 있는 민소매 시스 드레스는 허리와 엉덩이선이 비스듬하게 접하도록 입체 재단하여 마치 실수로 비스듬해진 것 같습니다. 드레스에 반영된 이러한 계획된 “불완전함”은 이상적인 미에 대한 디자이너의 비판적인 생각을 표명합니다.
