An oval image within a rectangular frame. George III sits next to Apollo who stands at right and holds a laurel wreath over the king's head. Putti at left present an easel and folios of prints to represent the arts patronized by the king. Instruments of navigation and the arts appear at right and a ship is shown in the distance framed by columns. At left, Pegasus prepares to take off from a mountain top.
