Portfolio. Lithographed title page border and 34 wood engravings by Cole. Thirty-three of these are after Italian painters and one a portrait of Cole by Wyatt Eaton. Each work has a thin protective mat printed with the title, painter and location of the related work. Housed in a tan four-flap enclosure with the title stamped in gold on the front cover and spine.
