Not on view
A grotesquely obese doctor stands at left looking at his old and emaciated patient seated in an armchair. A round table is by the patient's side with a bowl, medicine-bottle, and a paper that reads: "Prescriptions, Bolus, Blisters." An array of medicine bottles are on the windowsill at center. The doctor says: "My Dear Sir you look this Morning the Picture of health I have no doubt at my next visit I shall find you intirely cured of all your earthly infirmitys."
