From top to bottom, and left to right:
Design is of a building facade. The very top of the facade is decorated with a blank coat of arms that is flanked on both sides by foliage elements. The entire facade is decorated with various architectural elements like a frieze of fleurs-de-lis and fluted ionic columns that are ornamented with foliage motifs.
