Small vase
This vase forms a pair with another in the Robert Lehman Collection (1975.1.1688), which rather clumsily follows the archaic bronze zun shape. The pieces are covered with a deep red glaze that shades to white at the bottom. Both mouths have been cut, and they are bound with metal rims.
