A large American eagle, its wings raised and spread and its head turned to the left, is molded on the obverse of this flask. On its breast is a shield with five vertical bars. There are two arrows in its right talons and a long olive branch in its left. In its mouth, the eagle holds a banner with five small stars. The banner extends above the eagle toward the right. Below the eagle is a large stellar motif.
