At top, center of the pediment there is a scene of King John handing the Magna Carta to the bishops. Flanking this scene appear allegorical figures of 'Pietas' and ' Antiquitas'. Below right Henry VIII stands before a ruined monastery with a speech bubble ' Sic volo'.
