This album contains hundreds of lithographic samples issued by the Murguía press in Mexico City. They include labels for wine, tabacco, perfume, medicine, food, sweets, holy pictures (devotional images), playing cards, receipts for payments, cartouche etc. Each print is stamped with a red number, presumably corresponding to another index.
