Trade Catalogue of Masks, Theatrical Hair Goods, Properties, &c.
New York has long been a shopping mecca and from about 1850 many stores issued paper booklets to advertise their wares. Dessart Brothers, at 110 Chambers Street, sold masks and wigs useful to actors and to those planning costume parties and amateur theatricals.
