George Washington
On the obverse is a bust of Washington within an invected trefoil border. On the reverse, a ruler, a square, and an open compass are superimposed on a wreath. Above the joint of the compass there is a radiating square of six points. For another example of the same obverse, but different reverse, see 07.124.22.
